Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, HR Employee Engagement to join our HR organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Audit Employee Experience and Development strategic projects and initiatives, including scoping, planning and execution (including change management) and preparation of high-quality strategic materials, including communications, presentations and various reports
  • Build trusted relationships with Audit leadership, key stakeholders and functional counterparts to collaborate and effectively execute on Audit Employee Experience and Development Strategy mission
  • Support various firmwide initiatives by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure the collective Audit voice is represented
  • Plan and execute (including strategy & agendas, budget & logistics, participant management, session materials development and synthesizing outputs) various programs to support the development of Audit professionals
  • Act as a key strategic advisor to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Partner Champions on the implementation of the Audit DEI strategy, including overall program and project management; leading the implementation of assigned DEI initiatives and communication activities for the Audit practice applying people and DEI data analytics, including benchmarking, tracking KPIs, analyzing and generating diversity reports for various audiences to highlight trends and drive change
  • Support other Audit initiatives including Talent Development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight of recent relevant work experience as a Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness professional (or related); preferred specialization in one or more of the following areas: Employee Experience & Culture, Organizational Effectiveness & Design, Inclusion & Diversity and/or Talent Strategy
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required, Advanced degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Behavioral Science or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and proven experience consulting and leading senior business stakeholders through, strategic HR change initiatives within a matrixed, collaborative, fast-paced environment; demonstrated the ability to lead the communications strategy to facilitate change management for Employee Experience and Development initiatives; Prior project management / change enablement experience; Internal or external consulting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies, programs and initiatives to enhance Employee Experience and Development; demonstrated ability to manage and run employee experience initiatives; and ability to work with cross functional leaders to ensure effective implementation
  • Passionate about creating an exceptional people experience, a willingness to listen for feedback and explore diverse perspectives, in addition to being able to handle and analyze sensitive and confidential data and build relationships within a complex stakeholder landscape
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); Ability to travel as needed
