About the Role

In this role, you will be the face of ClassPass to our fitness and wellness partners in the DACH region.

Our Partnership team is the key to our success, you will be responsible for identifying potential partners to work with, pitching them the value of joining our platform and building long-lasting relationships with key contacts in the industry, studio managers and staff in creative and fun ways.

You will be the go-to person for the accounts in your book of business, so you already know how to manage client relationships, interpret their value and performance and come up with solutions to address their concerns.

You are always thinking outside the box, whether it’s crafting a pitch deck, putting together a win-win proposal or hitting the road to explore and launch a new market.

We're looking for an experienced Sales and Account Management professional to join the Partnerships team as we expand our business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

Market Management

  • Be an expert on boutique fitness and wellness in your ClassPass markets, new emerging trends and the competitive landscape
  • Be responsible for revenue and reservation growth across your book of business and the markets you manage, and for partner retention with monthly and quarterly targets
  • Monitor and identify pockets of opportunity for new supply across the market with a focus on inventory availability
  • Act as the local voice of the Partner and escalate local issues internally and to country leadership teams
  • Contribute towards country-specific projects

Partner Management

  • Research, prospect and sell new studio, gym and wellness partners on to the platform in selected areas to help expand the ClassPass footprint
  • Drive the full sales cycle: develop and maintain your pipeline, set up introductory calls and emails, meet prospects face-to-face, close deals and take care of the onboarding process
  • Effectively objection handle and customise partnership proposals according to the needs and interests of the prospect and ClassPass
  • Establish and build strong, long-term relationships with partners in a diverse book of business ranging from top, medium and low tier accounts and deliver outstanding service to our fitness and wellness partner
  • Support your partners in your market to adopt and retain ClassPass products to grow their business
  • Regularly engage with key studio partners, sharing in-depth performance reports
  • Track KPIs and consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across new partners and existing partners

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant work experience in a highly dynamic environment with consistently high sales performance.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing and developing your current and prospective book of business.
  • Proven experience in Account Management with a full understanding of the field and ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Strategic thinking skills in implementing and executing tactical project plans ensuring alignment internally and externally.
  • Comfortable using a broad range of communication styles across different audiences in diverse situations that allow you to win people over and manage all stakeholders successfully.
  • An independent but highly cooperative way of working, partnering with members of other teams to maintain buy-in and maximise impact.
  • Organised and able to prioritise multiple competing tasks, keeping sight of the big picture and paying attention to details while always reaching deadlines and targets.
  • Able to articulate at a high level the value of the work that they do, not just to their own team but also to the broader business.
  • Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
  • Right to work in Germany
