Job Description

The Early Career Pipeline team at Spotify incorporates Diversity strategy into the fabric of our early career recruiting efforts. The team attracts top-notch, diverse talent; positioning ourselves as an employer of choice by exposing and engaging talent into our brand and culture. We serve as a strategic partner for all Spotify business & global units; identifying and hiring cutting-edge students, recent graduates, and newly-skilled individuals to launch and build their careers with Spotify. We are currently seeking an EMEA-based University Recruiter to support this work and make an impact to the business.

What you'll do

    • Own full-cycle recruitment for internship and program roles with a constant lens on diversity, belonging and inclusion
    • Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way
    • Cultivate meaningful partnerships, events and activities targeting a diverse audience to build talent pipelines
    • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and candidates
    • Facilitate one or more programs aligned to business need
    • Lead efforts using metrics, storytelling and reporting to create impactful and influential change within the Global Equity Lineup team
    • Partner with HRBPs to find opportunities to create initiatives supporting new business and hiring needs
    • Continuously connect with HR Business Partners and the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging team to prepare key stakeholders to drive diversity efforts
    • Frequently contributing and sharing knowledge to improve processes, structure and daily work
    • Lead ad-hoc projects

Who you are

    • You have at least 3+years of experience with all aspects of University/Campus Recruitment (coordination, talent mapping, sourcing, screening, closing, hiring, onboarding, maintaining candidate, hiring manager, and HRBP relationships, etc.)
    • Passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
    • Highly capable of navigating in a complex international landscape with different partners
    • Committed to providing expertise on additional ad-hoc projects related but not limited to talent acquisition, early program development, diversity and stakeholder management
    • Possess strong time management, organizational and analytical skills
