<p>About The Role</p> <p>We’re seeking a Stock and Option Administrator to join our Finance team, reporting to our CFO. This role will be responsible for maintaining ThoughtWorks' equity database, managing our ESPP, and supporting other internal departments in their reporting. The ideal candidate will exhibit the highest professional standards and ethical principles as well as exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills. Other valued attributes include a strong work ethic, a capacity to get things done independently, attention to detail, and an inquisitive mind.</p> <p>The working location for this role is flexible, Shanghai or Beijing is perferred.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Administer ThoughtWorks China equity plans, including Restricted Stock Units and Performance Awards; process exercises and releases, cancellations, terminations, granting, purchase and refund events.</li> <li>Contact with banks and China State Administration of Foreign Exchange to provide required supporting documents in order to make sure all oversea transitions efficiency; Work with bank for employees’ RSU/ESPP payment release</li> <li>Ensure compliance with securities regulations and tax requirements, including annual disclosures and equity-related filings;</li> <li>Maintain key documentation (e.g. policies, employee files) on long-term incentives.</li> <li>Perform other duties and ad hoc projects and reporting as requested on equity plans.</li> <li>Advising on complex tax issues and reporting obligations in relation to employee share plans;&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide cross-functional support to Legal, People, Finance and other departments, including preparing custom reports, conducting research into tax and securities regulations, and supporting pay equity analyses.</li> </ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Excellent English and Chinese language skill</li> <li>Finance/Accounting education background,&nbsp; HR payroll experience or HKICPA is preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in public company stock administration, including administration of global equity programs.</li> <li>Knowledge of global government regulations with respect to equity programs.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to provide clear guidance on complex equity topics, attention to detail, and commitment to service.</li> <li>Practical knowledge of the legal, tax and accounting rules relevant to equity compensation and stock administration.</li> <li>Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency.</li> </ul> <p>source code:</p> <p>source code:</p> <p style="color: black;">#LI-CHINA</p>
