What You Will Do • Provide top level strategic account management to key account retail advertisers to ensure retention and client satisfaction • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels, including C-level • Advise on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s full funnel technology across channels and devices • Optimize accounts to improve performance and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue • Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPI’s to identify personalized solutions on a client level and make sure client goals are reached. Understanding of identity with a strong comprehension of data • Negotiate additional budgets along with up-selling new Criteo products • Lead quarterly business reviews to drive new product adoption and growth opportunities Who You Are • Minimum of 3 years of direct industry experience • Exceptional organization skills and ability to multi-task across various responsibilities, stakeholders, and topics; exceptional attention to detail • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and contributing to team success • Strong time management, and project management skills • A love for working collaboratively across multiple teams • Open-minded, very flexible, positive; constantly curious about how things work and persistent desire to make things work better • A passion for performance marketing, new media, internet trends • Interest in working and interacting directly with clients Why you'll love us • 100% premium coverage of Healthcare Plan.
