Business / Customer:

• Interface with community network to retain technology competitiveness.
• Work with the client team to design solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and create pilots.
• Envisioning the solution and creating the system architecture.

Project / Process:

• Provide solution strategies for upgrades migration consolidation virtualization technology refresh and other infrastructure changes.
• Provide technical consultancy to projects.
• Identify opportunities for technology improvement.
• Conduct Proof of Concept activities when necessary.
• Consult on architectural aspects of the project.
• Undertake project specific Proof of Concepts activities to validate technical feasibility with guidance.
• Implement best practices in specific technology area.
• Recommend new technology solutions to the customer to improve efficiency.

People / Team:

• Identify training requirements for the engagement.
• Provide guidance to community members on relevant technology area.
• Publish best practice document.
• Participate in providing support/solution across vertical.
• Participate in recruitment.
• Conduct advanced training sessions to associates across practice.
• Participate in course design process.
