As a Technical Recruiter, you will be part of a team in charge of hiring the best talents worldwide for our R&D teams in the Americas (Ann Arbor, Bay Area, PNW).

What will you be doing?

• You'll source candidates on diverse talent pools by choosing the appropriate tools. You'll be on the watch for new sourcing techniques, external market trends and serving as resource for areas of specialty in recruiting.
• You'll screen applicants and prepare them for technical interviews.
• You'll manage the entire recruitment process from the brief with stakeholders to the salary negotiation & closing of the process.
• You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders allowing a collaborative approach.
• By staying up to date on market activities, you'll bring knowledge back and translate learning's into a competitive advantage for Criteo - we're a knowledge sharing environment and the team runs workshops to share tips, tricks and best practices.

Who you are

• You have 3-4+ years experience in recruiting for technical roles ( Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps etc...)
• You have a good knowledge of the web/digital industry
• You're team oriented and results focused
• You're are fluent in English, any other language is a plus
