Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company F-35 program seeks an experienced and motivated candidate to join the F-35 Supportable Low Observable (SLO) Team. The candidate will be required to prioritize multiple projects and initiatives in a complex environment to ensure program activities are well coordinated and executed. An ability to explain complex technical concepts in a readily comprehensible manner is necessary. The candidate will be required to exhibit effective and clear communications skills at all levels. The candidate will be required to understand the military service joint operations and structure. Timely communication of project status and emerging issues to peers and management is critical.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Repair Verification Equipment (RVE) processes and procedures
• SLO and signature management SME for sustainment
• Low Observable Health Assessment System (LOHAS)
• LO Verification assessment and understanding of different RCS measurement tiers
• Technical Engineering Lead for SLO projects from initialization through to implementation
• Prepare and submit basis of estimates to support recurring and pop-up contracts
MUST BE A US CITIZEN. SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED.
Travel will be required to support tasks.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or STEM related degree
• Knowledge of F-35 Supportable LO concepts and operations, including the LO Health Assessment System (LOHAS) and Repair Verification Equipment (RVE).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position requires special access and requires Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Experienced with Radar Measurement Technology
• F-35 LO maintenance/troubleshooting experience
• Proven experience interfacing with diverse teams of contractors, military customers, and depot management
• Experience with Repair Verification Radar (RVR) or other zonal RCS equipment
• F-35 engineering and logistics systems experience (JDL - JSF Data Library, PDM - Product Data Manager, QAD – Quality Assurance Document, ATLAS - Advanced Technical Logistics Applications System, VAS - Visual Augmentation System, SFM - Shop Floor Manager.)
• Familiarity with F-35 airframe design and coating materials and methods, aircraft systems and subsystems.
• Prior military service at multiple levels of fighter aircraft maintenance, logistics, and support preferred.
• Project management experience with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral), with a willingness to engage with subject matter experts in a variety of different functional organizations.
• Previous experience in low observables (LO), survivability, or susceptibility
• Experience in radar cross section (RCS) design, Low Observable (LO) materials and processes
• Experienced in the application of aircraft spray material to include paint and/or LO material
• Project or program management, and execution of signature technology
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal direction from management
• Proven experience interfacing with diverse teams of contractors, military customers, and depot management
