The business analytics and operations team’s goal is to make data the connective tissue of how decisions are made and how teams and divisions work together at LiveRamp. As a senior analyst, you'll join the business analytics team, reporting to the head of business analytics. On this team, you will identify top operational challenges, work with diverse cross-functional teams and guide business leadership on optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of business analytics tools for our business. You'll support business leaders with insightful, actionable analysis and by creating the tracking and impact measurement behind the business. This role is highly cross functional, and will work with teams across Liveramp to work with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational & product improvements.

You will:

• Be a key resource to company leaders to help by making strategic and operational recommendations to achieve targets and operational excellence.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of business problems, identify root causes of business trends through data, and collaborate across functional teams to formulate conclusions and recommendations.
• Play a key role in determining plans of action and delivering comprehensive operational solutions to supported teams and organizations
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics that drive crucial program decisions.
• Simplify and automate reporting, metrics, and dashboards

About you:

• Ability to write SQL - you can join multiple tables together and use the where clause
• Ability to build intuitive dashboards with at least one modern BI tool - Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc...
• A track record of measurably improving outcomes through data and use of dashboarding tools
• Advanced Excel skills- using pivots, vlookups etc..
• Consulting experience is a plus
