The Manager of Talent operations will work very closely with our Head of Talent to help build out world class Talent Acquisition processes and strategies. You will be the voice of Talent at Reify Health, helping to dramatically improve our talent brand. You will also be the keeper of our data and programs to make sure we’re consistently on the cutting edge of recruiting tools and best practices.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Alongside our Head of Talent, you will own Talent Operations at Reify Health with the goal of taking our recruiting processes, sourcing, talent brand, ATS, data and tools to the next level
- You’ll continue to build out our amazing candidate and hiring manager experience
- Lead all Talent Branding initiatives and focus on dramatically impacting our inbound recruiting funnel
- You will own our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring we’ve got the most efficient processes in place, while maximizing our ATS usage. This includes owning our recruiting data and metrics
- You’ll play a major part in the implementation of new and creative sourcing strategies and tools, focused on creating a steady pipeline of candidates across all departments
- You will be at the foundation of our Campus Recruiting program and partner with other members of the Talent Acquisition team, as well as other departments, to build out an amazing campus program
What You Bring to Reify Health:
- 5+ years of professional work experience in sourcing, recruitment, and/or people ops at a fast-paced startup (health tech is a huge plus!)
- You are a Greenhouse expert and have tons of in depth experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
- You are very well versed with the leading Talent Branding platforms like BuiltIn and VentureFizz etc
- You are an excellent communicator, with unmatched interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.
- You’re Highly organized with an ability to manage numerous requests and time demands simultaneously
- You understand that EQ is just as important as IQ
