About this role

As an integral part of the Asia Pacific (ex. India) Campus Recruitment Team, you will lead our campus recruiting efforts as well as intern and program analyst development journey in the China office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the China attraction, recruitment and development strategies of campus talents, working closely with senior management in the ongoing refinement and enhancement of China program offering and developing scalable campus talent solutions under an established global framework. You will be responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with student associations, universities, faculties, professors in order to attract the top and diverse campus talents locally and globally.

You will have hands on experience in managing the end to end recruiting for and running of graduate and internship programs in China. In addition, you will be instrumental in developing the China campus programs working closely with the Asia Pacific and global talent and campus teams.

Reporting to the Head of Campus Recruitment, Asia Pacific ex. India, you will be a seasoned campus team member piloting and championing our China campus recruitment and program management agenda in a fast paced, matrix and dynamic environment. You will also partner closely with the global campus team and be involved in relevant regional and global projects. Your understanding of the China campus talent landscape and ability to drive fit for purpose solutions to address business demand are the key attributes to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a visionary strategy to attract, recruit and develop top and diverse talents in China
• Partner with business and HR stakeholders (regional and global) to manage the end to end process of recruiting and developing campus program talents
• Lead, drive and own targeted local initiatives to build sustainable talent pipelines for China businesses
• Drive operational excellence to ensure data integrity, world class candidate experience, and global process consistency
• Track, manage and analyze recruiting and program data and inform program outcomes in a data driven manner
• Partner with global marketing and campus teams to develop recruitment marketing materials including job descriptions, corporate presentations, resume screening materials, interview guides etc.
• Drive innovation in program offering, processes and tools and actively contribute to process improvement, projects and initiatives including systems testing and participation in campus working groups
• Travel to lead presentations, participate in social events, and drive digital outreach campaigns in China
• Manage the offer and new hire/onboarding process into all campus programs
• Oversee the campus programs from onboarding to continuous development
• Leverage and embrace best practices locally and globally
• Stay abreast of talent market and competitive trends and be able to confidently draw local talent insights to advise business stakeholders
