You could influence the digital strategy of a retail giant, build a bold new mobile application for a bank or redesign platforms using event sourcing and intelligent data pipelines. You will use the latest Lean and Agile thinking, create pragmatic solutions to solve mission-critical problems and challenge yourself every day.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You’ll spend time on the following:</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will be part of a highly driven and collaborative team. You will work with the best minds in the Digital Transformation &amp; Operations (DT&amp;O) service line to brainstorm, experiment, fail-safe, and succeed in your journey of enabling the world to create better software!&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will be involved right from the discovery phase to do a ‘current state assessment of software development practices and processes,’ to provide &nbsp; recommendations and operationalize recommendations to enable successful delivery of the program.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will pair with the Lead developer in building capabilities for our clients.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will be the go-to person for the client’s development teams to offer support as well as help get unstuck.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will own the effectiveness of the training programs and bootcamps run for the clients.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will work in collaborative, value-driven teams to build teams capabilities to create innovative customer experiences for our clients.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will spend a significant portion of your time to deliver training, conduct masterclasses, code reviews and audits, drive community learning among teams, and explore and experiment ways of cultivating continuous learning behaviour in our client teams.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will be a mentor for client teams through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Given the highly technical nature of our client projects, you will be challenged to apply a variety of languages to your work, explore solutions and patterns, and code alongside developers. </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Caution:</span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;"> You will never go post-technical in this role!</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s what we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">4- 8 years of experience with two or more development languages such as Java, C#, or Ruby</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You’re well-versed in two or more languages (C#, Ruby, Java, Javascript, etc.) and are comfortable with the latest Object-Oriented technology&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have led software development teams at TW using Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have experience influencing others and always advocate for technical excellence while being open to change when needed&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker or Kubernetes</span></li> </ul> <p><br><br></p>
