Inbound Account Executive - Spain , your role will be to
own the end-to-end sales process for our Inbound leads in order to sign as many Essential, Corporate, and Enterprise contracts as possible, understanding their needs and making them pick Qonto to put their finance in auto-pilot. You will join the Spanish team led by
Carles and you’ll be based in our beautiful office in Barcelona ☀️ 👩💻🧑💻
As an InboundAccount Executive - Spain at Qonto, you will •
Ensure all our Inbound leads are treated and converted into happy customers! Guide them through the perfect use and understanding of our products & services from the very beginning. •
Spot and track the main customer needs to increase Spain sales in the short run and adapt our value proposition in the long one •
Report all the product features customers are requesting and build business cases around why we should prioritize it •
Provide field knowledge by collecting valuable feedback and insights in order to help us build the best product for our Spanish market

🏅 About You •
Experience: You have a first experience (2+ years) in a customer and sales-oriented position. A previous experience as an SDR, Business Developer, or Account Executive is a plus •
Customer-centric : You know how to anticipate clients’ needs to offer outstanding onboarding, bring relevant solutions, and build long-term relationships with your clients. •
Business-oriented : You are able to identify new business opportunities and you are always willing to give feedback on the product in order to continuously improve it. •
Mastery: You have already used a CRM (Salesforce would be a significant plus). •
Languages: You speak both Spanish and English fluently. •
Education: You have a Master’s degree or equivalent.
