Job Description
- Smooth operational management
- ensure National Accounts team and Commercial Managers are fully operational with specific focus on ensuring wholesale targets are met each month
- give clear lines of communication to sales team on all wholesale budgets initiatives / requirements - Effectively managing the wholesale & retail budgets and returns exposure. Responsible for total Net Sales of 4.9 Million in own accounts - review national account plans on a regular basis and adapts plans/strategy to ensure maximum productivity in line with business results, consumer insight, competitor activity
- Manage end-to-end responsibilities for Bumble & bumble in cooperation with National Account Managers, including taking ownership of wholesale trackers and mitigation plans
- Maintain new launch sell in trackers
- Plan and operationalise all retailer orders within agreed timelines and oversee process and responsibilities with National Accounts team
- Regular communication with Kites team including updates on demand plan initiatives, feedback from brand review meeting, NPLs
- Provide strong operational support to National Account & Operations Manager
- new Launch planning (IPM’s, Order forms and NLF’s)
- prep and follow-up work for brand review meetings, ops meeting --- - plan & operationalize regular & relevant updates on all wholesale to National Account team - On-going discussions / negotiations with retailers to discuss stock levels flagging any opportunities / risks, including Site audits, and updating all retailers with weekly OOS
- Manage excess/global excess with sales and marketing and provide recommendations for sell through/ retail driving activity
- Work in partnership with Marketing/Forecasting/Demand Plan teams to ensure alignment of all wholesale elements
- Build and maintain retailer relationships with a specific focus own accounts across all three Brands
Qualifications - Be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Be able to prioritise when under pressure.
- Competent excel skills are required and working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, ElVis, SAP
- The successful candidate will have excellent operational, organisational and communication skills, in addition to possessing analytical skills, professionalism and keen attention to detail.
- Analytical ability – to forward plan and provide insights to assist in future growth and business development
- Ability to communicate at all levels and cross functionality
