Job Description

To that end, we're inviting creative thinkers who are passionate about art and design, curious about the world of e-commerce, wholesale and retail merchandising, and have strong analytical and quantitative skills to join our Merchandising team. Minted seeks a highly analytical e-commerce leader to manage the on-site experience. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of presenting Minted products via website, and growing Minted revenues through effective campaign strategy, business analytics, and site campaign execution and optimization. You will conceive and drive the Minted site marketing calendar, including the launch of new assortments and all seasonal campaigns and promotions. You will concept and execute engaging consumer experiences that improve conversion and drive revenue, engage customers, and continue the growth and diversification of the Minted brand across multiple high-growth business categories (i.e., wedding, holiday, art, home decor, baby & kids). In this role you will lead a team of multiple people, and will report to Minted’s Senior Director, eCommerce. You will also work closely with leaders across the company, to shape our marketing strategy and execute it effectively. You Will:
- Drive the overall site merchandising and promotional calendar (including all events and offers) for various Minted businesses and the overall company
- Report on site performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, and help inform merchandising roadmaps and strategies based on key insights
- Test into hypotheses based on observed customer behaviors that will result in further learning and optimization of key metrics. Testing occurs on a regular basis and learnings and optimizations are implemented quickly and at scale
- Own and manage the execution of our integrated marketing campaigns across our site real estate
- Develop and execute highly effective promotional strategies and messaging, taking into account factors such as seasonality, customer segments, competitor behavior, historical successes, and overall promo efficacy
- Develop analytical frameworks and share key learnings to a broader team, and be able to share with a broader team to action updates for site content and promotions
- Create thoughtful, customer-focused concepts that will drive customer engagement, maintain the premium nature of the Minted brand, and support the company’s strategic goals
- Bring compelling concepts to life by working with our Creative team to tell stories about Minted products via beautiful, engaging, brand-aligned and high-performing campaigns
- Manage and optimize the creative production process for all site assets, from initial briefing to final site publishing, partnering with your direct reports that include content publishers and a web developer
- Work cross functionally with engineering, product management, marketing, merchandising, and category teams to ensure the site is optimized and functioning to a best in class customer experience
- Develop strong processes within the Onsite Merchandising team that allow members to more efficiently manage all the publishing and optimization of the Minted.com site

You Are:
- Deeply quantitative and analytical, with a keen understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing performance metrics. You turn to the numbers in understanding and solving problems
- Equally comfortable forming an innovative and effective strategy from 30,000 feet high and zooming into the weeds to drive daily and flawless execution with a high attention to detailIntuitive and insightful in understanding the consumer path to purchase in e-commerce, including how they shop sites, and what drives them to select Minted products among other options
- Respected for your strong commercial and shopping instincts, knowing which products are differentiated and how and when to sell them through innovative storytelling and a creative sensibility
- Self-driven and comfortable with fast-changing, dynamic environments with ambitious schedules and plans; you prioritize correctly while never letting any of the balls in the air drop
- A strong cross-functional and team leader, a joy to work with and for, effective in influencing and coaching others and collaborating with them to create phenomenal results
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in E-commerce
- At least 3 years of specific experience creating and executing websites
- A passion for MInted’s products and mission
