About the Role
The Growth team is on a mission to get our product in the hands of the next 10 million members. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the Incentives, Experimentation and Personalization Platform (IXP). We are an intensely passionate group with a bias for action, solving for speed and the end-to-end experience of running experiments at scale.
In this role, you will lead the development of our product experimentation, instrumentation and incentives capabilities. You will work closely with engineers, analysts, data scientists and product managers across Chime to build our multi-year roadmap to accelerate our time-to-value to members while delivering on our short term business priorities. You will be responsible for setting direction of our experimentation platform including our instrumentation, AB testing and personalization capabilities.
The Growth IXP team is also responsible for designing, managing and building systems that reward Chime members for engaging with Chime. You will work closely with Finance to manage our incentives budget, and will drive significant platform growth by designing solutions to complex behavioral problems.
