ADP is looking to hire a Sales Ops Manager/Sr. Analyst (part of the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence function) to help us drive change management, support the Sales & Partnerships organizations in improving infrastructure including tools, systems and analytics. As a key contributing member of the Commercial Operations team, you will utilize your analytical/technical skills and business acumen to proactively maintain and enhance our Partner operation and administration. We are in search of team members that are self-starters, intellectually curious and have a proven ability to seek out and develop innovative approaches to business problems/opportunities. They will partner and consult with Sales Leaders, Finance and Automation teams, and provide insights and guidance to inform decision-making.

What you will be responsible for:
What you bring to the table:
· BA/BS preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field
· 3+ years Operations Experience (ie Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, FP&A)
o 1+ years in Finance a plus
· Strong analytical and technical skills (critical thinking, SQL, data aggregation/review)
· Ability to formulate problem statements and structure analyses to identify root cause, provide options, present findings, and support decision making
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to communicate
· Ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholder and client expectations, and self-prioritize
· Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teams
· Ability to strive in fast-paced evolving work environment
· Self-starter with confidence to own and manage processes as well as a team player
· Project Management background another plus
