Job Description

ADP is looking to hire a Sales Ops Manager/Sr. Analyst (part of the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence function) to help us drive change management, support the Sales & Partnerships organizations in improving infrastructure including tools, systems and analytics. As a key contributing member of the Commercial Operations team, you will utilize your analytical/technical skills and business acumen to proactively maintain and enhance our Partner operation and administration. We are in search of team members that are self-starters, intellectually curious and have a proven ability to seek out and develop innovative approaches to business problems/opportunities. They will partner and consult with Sales Leaders, Finance and Automation teams, and provide insights and guidance to inform decision-making.

What you will be responsible for:

• Provide analysis and due diligence to help inform the sales business unit in respect to partner payments and tracking, partner performance and insights
• Manage current state end-to-end process for partner administration through tools, CRM, etc. (for example contracting, sales process, tracking, training and payouts)
• Develop a thorough understanding of current state assessment and develop recommendations to improve and optimize partner processes
• Develop key performance indicators and operational metrics to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement
• Facilitate documentation of core procedures and ensure they are updated as the business and partner relationships evolve
• Ensure accurate payments and adjustment matters are addressed timely
• Liaison between external channel partners, internal sales partners, finance, and sales operations
• Help identify and eliminate obstacles to replicate and scale across other business units
• Perform adhoc analysis and manage quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment
• Build, grow and maintain relationships with stakeholders

What you bring to the table:

· BA/BS preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field

· 3+ years Operations Experience (ie Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, FP&A)

o 1+ years in Finance a plus

· Strong analytical and technical skills (critical thinking, SQL, data aggregation/review)

· Ability to formulate problem statements and structure analyses to identify root cause, provide options, present findings, and support decision making

· Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to communicate

· Ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholder and client expectations, and self-prioritize

· Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teams

· Ability to strive in fast-paced evolving work environment

· Self-starter with confidence to own and manage processes as well as a team player

· Project Management background another plus
