We are actively seeking a SEO Success Manager for Conductor to work with our Enterprise level customers in helping them to achieve their SEO outcomes. As a SEO Success Manager, you’ll be expected to own a high amount of ACV across an assigned group of Enterprise customers.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SEO MANAGER
- Expertly apply real-world challenges to platform workflows to help drive growth and increased adoption from Conductor customers
- Be available to lead training and account configuration conversations for their own customers and other team members’ customers
- Actively share industry updates and SEO best practices with their broader team and the CS department as a whole
- Launch and take part in team-wide initiatives that improve team processes and helps the overall goals of the CS department
- Proactively monitor, report, and evangelize customer usage of Conductor Searchlight
- Work closely and partner with a variety of internal and external teams, including digital product, marketing, project management, UX/UI, and content groups
- Help Customer Success Directors build relationships with assigned Customers and educate individuals and organizations on the value of organic and content marketing to turn strategies into actions
- Proactively investigate potential opportunities to increase customer’s organic traffic & revenue
- Effectively surfaces leads and risk to allow for successful action or remediation.
- Maintain strong documentation within the Gainsight system related to customer issues, proactive tasks and general account information.
- Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with Conductor policies, procedures, and core competencies
We’re excited about you if you have......
- Minimum 4 years of SEO (agency or inhouse) or technical account management experience preferably within a B2B SaaS business
- Knowledge of organic search and how SEO activities influence search engine ranking algorithms
- Demonstrated ability to gather information, prioritize initiatives, and achieve results on time
- Experience with Conductor, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, and other technologies that inform organic search strategies
- Prior experience training customers on how to use technology/software
- BA/BS is preferred or equivalent experience in related field
- Strong project management skills and the ability to assess urgency and set priorities is essential.
- Passionate about problem solving, relationship building and creating customer loyalty.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience managing a book of business and driving Enterprise customer outcomes.
- Ability to effectively overcome customer concerns and create a win-win outcome.
- Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail.
