Position Overview

As a Services Business Analyst for the Contractor Management group, you will support Indirect / Contractor resourcing, maintain Contractor info, support Services organization, and business reporting. The Business Analyst will report into the Director of the Americas Services Delivery Group.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Services resource managers, engagement managers and project managers to support Indirect/3rd Party Consultant staffing to support Business Unit / Country staffing needs.
  • Support Business Units and Country teams with Contractor resource activities including Contractor Packages, generating Purchase Orders, and gathering information for Invoicing
  • Support process and system information including maintaining databases and documentation for the Indirect / Contractor eco-system
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards supporting Services activities
  • Performs standard analyses of business goals, business systems, objectives and needs and of the general business environment
  • Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and collaborate with all business partners
  • Uphold the professional integrity of Siemen’s policies

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Operations or 3rd party Consultant support
  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with MS Excel and the ability to develop pivot tables and formulas.
  • Build reports, Dashboards, and graphs
  • Analyze data, make recommendations, and drive business actions
  • Microsoft Certifications, Tableau, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams experience preferred
  • Validated soft skills, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimally communicate to all levels within Siemens Digital Industries Software.
  • Exercises integrity and confidentiality when taking care of critical information
  • Location: Rochester/Fairport NY
