The Large Commercial (LC) Aftermarket (AM) Integrated Project Team (IPT) is the AM focal for the Level 4 and 5 Large Commercial Value Stream (VS) IPT. The LC IPT is led by the L4/L5 VSL and is supported by functional representation from Finance, Quality, Contracts, Engineering, Business Development, and Aftermarket. The LC VS IPT for Electric Power Systems (EPS) is responsible for the programs/platforms including all Airbus and Boeing platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Focal on the LC IPT for all AM topics including but not limited to OE and AM customer support. Liaison to other AM portions of the business including the P&C Fleet management team, Central Sales team, Repair, Spares planning and administration, Ascentia team, etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring the program’s overall in-service success as measured in all terms and requirements of the associated Product Support Agreement (PSA), the business success as measured by senior management, and the measure of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop materials for/participate and support the LC IPT meetings including but not limited to Customer Satisfaction reviews, Development Program reviews, Quality reviews / CABs, Operations and Demand reviews, SIOP reviews, and BD / Pursuit reviews.
  • Conduct Aftermarket Review Board (ARB) meetings at pre-defined times based on the progression in the overall timeline of a given program
  • Provide guidance and ensure strategic alignment for the development of Mods & Upgrades (MAU) to provide enhanced incremental value for EPS while also benefiting product performance and satisfaction to customers.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience is required
  • Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial Aerospace and or Aftermarket experience is preferred
  • Technical understanding of Electric Power Systems product line is preferred
  • Background and experience working with key OE and Aftermarket customers of Collins / Power & Controls / Electric Power Systems is preferred
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • MS/MBA degree is preferred
