About the Role:

We are looking for a digital-obsessive Social Media Coordinator to support IPSY’s rockstar social team. You will be integrated into all creative and operational workflows to deliver educational and entertaining social media content to our subscribers...and beyond.

This role will report to the Social Media Manager to ideate, execute and analyze social media content that supports our member journey. You will be provide integral cross-functional support that will closely collaborate with our Production and Creative teams to execute best-in-class social beauty content and activations. We’re looking for candidates with exceptional creative and organizational qualities. Tell us you’re creative and organized without telling us you’re creative and organized.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Social Media Manager to ideate and execute all social content that supports the IPSY member journey. This includes all social media activations and IPSY events.
• Provide Integral support to the monthly cyclical production process that includes brainstorming and creative brief execution
• Publishing to priority social platforms like Instagram
• Manage and maintain internal programming calendar
• Manage a monthly budget for boosted/promoted posts and ad content on Instagram.
• Participate in creative and strategic brainstorms for content that supports our member journey
• Support the social team efforts to achieve weekly, monthly, annual goals on Instagram and TikTok
• Curate and obtain approval to repost images, videos, and creator channels that align with IPSY’s brand values to articulate our story of diversity, inclusion, and self-expression.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in a social media role or marketing role
• Candidate that can demonstrate that they can work autonomously within a structured process and respond positively to a fluctuating workload
