POSITION SUMMARY:

PVH leverages a diversified portfolio of brands. This includes Calvin Klein Apparel for North America and The Underwear Group brands Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Warner's, Olga, and True & Co.

The Global Supply Planning team responsible for delivering on globally integrated supply chain strategies by enhancing predictability, mitigating constraints and maximizing value throughout the supply chain.

The Sr. Analyst, RM Planning will be responsible for data and reporting support to planning and RM team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Create L2 related seasonal demand forecast and maintenance, formulation of business group forecast
• Maintain actual / trends of forecasts from previous seasons on core, Core plus programs
• Populate projections for forward 06 months on an ongoing basis for all strategic L2 partners
• Yarn consolidation across programs at the forecasting levels and consolidation between TUG and CKNA
• Coordination with the L1 GSP on alignment
• Demand forecasting for L3 and Fiber pot forecasting
• Sharing the L2 / L3 related calendars for each seasons
• Lead time modeling, Speed modeling & Platforming
• Leveraged capacity booking with L2 / L3, tracking projection hit rate
• Support early commitment reduction
• Capacity management on core, Core plus with L2
• Development of reporting models and planning related processes

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience / Certifications:

• At least 5 - 8 years’ experience in supply chain function with focus on data/analytics
• 1 - 2 years’ experience working with advanced data tools like SQL, R
• 1 - 2 years’ experience working in manufacturing environment is preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required

Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of data and analytics tools like SQL or R
• Ability to manage & meet deadlines
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• High integrity & business ethics
• Strong communication & influencing skills; ability support cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
• Fluent with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Smartsheet
• Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a challenging, fast-paced rapidly changing environment
• Self-motivated with excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
• Team Player
