The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey. Over the course of the 14-week program, experienced professionals will gain paid, on-the-job experience, have an opportunity to participate in sessions with leadership, develop personalized plans for success and receive coaching to guide their return to work experience. Upon completion of the program, based on performance and contributions participants will be eligible for a career at Raytheon Technologies.

The next cohort of the Re-Empower Program will run from September 13 – December 17, 2021.

Minimum Program Qualifications

To qualify for the Raytheon Technologies, Re-Empower Program, candidates should:
Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application

Have prior experience in functional area of interest

Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position

Overview

The work is related to production support and monitoring jobs during weekdays and weekends (according to 5 days / week structure). Total 7 (seven) night shifts to be done in a year (approximately 1 per month - 7 months in a year).

Location - Bangalore

Primary Responsibilities

• Any Data warehouse technology, preferably, SAP BI. Any open source ETL tools/technologies & coding knowledge
• Data warehouse technology (any of listed) - SAP BI / SAP BO.
• Good technical skills and analytical skills, work flexibility in terms of technology, working alongside a team to work on the production support and sustain, able to execute assigned responsibilities, think differently and able to locate new process improvement opportunities.
• Understanding of the concepts and experience of working on ETL tools.
• Clarity of concepts of and good exposure to coding languages like mySQL, python, ABAP.
• Working experience on any of the front-end tools e.g. Tableau, BO,, Analysis for Office, Power BI
• Flexible and quick learner to pick up new tools and technologies
• Own the responsibility for the tasks assigned to, and see them through completion
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering
