Your Opportunity

Service and maintain positive relationships for TD Ameritrade Institutional’ s largest or most complex relationships. Retain expert knowledge of our internal service processes and procedures to ensure we are communicating and matching our services to advisors' needs. Deliver exceptional service and manage the advisor and client's satisfaction in accordance with established procedures.

What you are good at

• Communicate with Registered Investment Advisors via inbound and outbound phone calls / emails; often requiring research and decision making
• Independently addresses clients’ needs to the appropriate extent, referring them to additional resources as needed
• Carries out advisor instructions in an accurate manner to achieve desired qualitative and quantitative outcomes
• Able to quickly identify trends with internal client base – recommends fact based solutions to meet client needs and improve the client experience
• Effectively analyzes situations, applying knowledge of relevant products and services to resolve matters
• Proactively identifies waste and inefficiencies, and resolves by way of defining standard work

What you have

• 2 years related experience
• 2 to 3 years total experience
• Must have prior TDA experience as a relationship manager with the institutional group
• Previous Advisor Relations experience Required
• 2-3 years of experience working with clients in a Financial Services environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with high net worth clients
• Must have a thorough understanding of the brokerage business, must keep current with products, services, features and benefits to include industry and market developments
• Series 7 and 63 required
• 2 or 4 Year College Degree preferred
• Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements
