You are a Lead Sales Operations Analyst with at least 6 years of sales operations experience. You will support the worldwide Sales and Services Operations Business Partners with the global standardization of business processes and the development of dashboards and tools to efficiently distribute information across the Sales and Service Organization.
Position Summary:
As the Lead Sales Operations Analyst, you will provide analysis and decision support for the planning, analysis and reporting function for worldwide Sales and Services, including providing the Sales and Services organizations with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analysis that can be utilized as the basis for making informed decisions about their business. You will also perform analysis and planning activities for operations including pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, install base, customer segmentation, goal attainment and services KPIs.
The Lead analyst will be able to document data findings, provide details, and present findings with recommendations to management. You will create or enhance the running of reports and automate each as necessary. This position involves creation and maintenance of complex spreadsheets and the ability to create tableau reports or presentations from the results. This includes driving automation of standard reports, heavy data analysis and research, with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and trend the results. In addition, you will also create new methods of communicating financial and operational analysis and reporting to assist the greater executive management team in understanding their business.
The Lead Reporting and Analytics Analyst is also responsible for supporting tools and solutions to provide and automate reports, business metrics and KPIs' for use by the Sales and Services
Operations organization using a combination of Sales and Services operations business acumen and technical knowledge. Regularly interacts with IT with current strategic projects as well as, scalability and engages with management team to prioritize strategic initiatives, projects and goals.
