About this role

The Brazil Marketing team is looking for a driven and highly motivated Analyst to help deliver our marketing strategy, brand awareness, client journeys and digital amplification initiatives across Brazil. Reporting into the local Marketing Head, this individual will help partner with Wealth/Institutional client, Integrated Marketing (IMT) and product teams to help set and deliver relevant and impactful marketing initiatives that engage prospects and clients and help drive pipeline growth across BlackRock Brazil’s most significant business priorities.

Specifically, this includes supporting projects and business initiatives related to local marketing strategy, including thought leadership, client communications, BLK Brazil website coordination, email campaigns, client events, metrics/data gathering and approval platforms processing. This Analyst will work across multiple cross-functional teams, including IMT, sales, product, technology & operations, and legal and compliance, in order to solicit feedback and ideas, build consensus and drive execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Brazil marketing and business objectives through creation and delivery of marketing initiatives that intersect with brand awareness, client needs and commercial priorities
• Help create and adapt content/messaging across a variety of marketing mediums including digital/social platforms, events/webinars and client/partnership communications
• Help manage marketing metrics dashboards to monitor and track performance of marketing campaigns and execution of critical deliverables
• Support development of thought leadership and client content from idea generation to execution
• Assist with marketing campaign narrative development, with ability to write and produce strong client messaging
• Collaborate with various local stakeholders to agree on priorities/initiatives and to ensure delivery
• Work cross-functionally with sales, IMT and product to analyze data and connect marketing to campaign/solution results
• Drive project management projects including BLK website maintenance and updates, client/partner communications and internal communications
• Use client insight and data to evolve the BLK website to improve client experience and develop new content/ propositions
• Stay abreast of the competitor landscape and proactively share insights and news

Job Requirements:

• Experience in an analytical/communications marketing role with digital experience a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, including proofreading and editing
• Strong project management skills
• Exceptional communication skills – written and oral
• Strong work ethic and comfort in working autonomously and across various teams and different levels of seniority
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
• Fluency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel a requirement, advanced skills preferred
• Ambition to learn new skills and technologies
• Interest and affinity with marketing and investments
