The Senior Manager, RPE Marketing & Education Strategy, plays a critical role in supporting these goals through forming the team’s education strategy and bringing that strategy to life for participants.
The Sr. Manager, Marketing & Education Strategy, is an individual contributor who collaborates with Marketing, Client Experience, and Product partners to develop new education strategies for Stock Plan Services (SPS) and other workplace participants. These strategies may include: enhanced digital education experiences; scalable, programmatic, multi-channel marketing campaigns; non-traditional content and distribution channels, including social media, podcast, and/or blog content. The individual we’re seeking is a specialist in crafting educational content and experiences in engaging, effective ways that both capture attention and enable understanding of sophisticated topics. This person is part education or Learning & Development professional, with experience setting and implementing education or L&D strategies; and part integrated Marketing and content development pro, adept at creating engaging experiences and campaigns that not only advise and educate, but drive engagement and action through a holistic marketing ecosystem.
A typical day for this role might involve leading ideation sessions with Client Experience and Product for a new digital education experience in the morning; communicating an update on Education Strategy & Vision to Schwab leaders mid-day; and providing creative feedback on educational guides, videos, emails and webinars in the afternoon. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, forward and innovative problem solver, and collaborator. This person is passionate about helping others learn in the most effective and engaging way, and enjoys the reciprocal, non-linear journey of creating educational experiences as much as the destination.
The Senior Manager is responsible for setting RPE Marketing’s education strategy, developing and implementing the execution plan, and working closely with partners to record program performance, identify ongoing needs or gaps, and continually optimize and improve. The ideal candidate has a consistent track record in developing new educational programs and content, and is well-versed in relationship marketing channels, including web, email, and social media.
Building strong relationships with our internal partners - and a solid understanding of financial services, equity compensation, and the needs and psychographics of SPS participants - are keys to success in this role.
Colorado Compensation
Target Total Compensation - 84,200 - 145,800.
