This is an opportunity to create efficiency in federal health care systems. As an organizational transformation and change consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop improved clinical operations, strategies, and change management plans. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better. Work with us as we lead change in health care provided to veterans, service members, and astronauts. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with direct mental health care delivery
• Knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
• Ability to provide training in evidence-based psychological treatments
• Ability to obtain a clearance
• MA or MS in psychology, counseling, or organizational development field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with psychological testing and administration
• Ability to conduct an empirical literature review of psychological studies
