As one of the founding members of the Product Operations team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping Airtable’s business and product strategy. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Insights, and CE to identify product opportunities and build scalable processes that maximize our team’s ability to deliver value to our users.

What you'll do

• Partner cross-functionally with teams to help drive insights, identify opportunities, and understand behavior and long-term trends.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, research, insights, and go-to-market teams.
• Build processes that will scale as our team and company grow.
• Develop and own reporting that provides transparency into key metrics for engineering & product development and proactively identify opportunities to maximize the team’s effectiveness
• Manage core product operational processes such as OKR planning, customer input analysis, and product release coordination

Who you are

• You have 5+ years of total work experience, including a background or prior experience in operations, management consulting, or business insights/analytics roles
• You demonstrate the ability to scale and equip the business in a strategic manner, communicate big picture opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
• You take a proactive, consultative approach, building trust consistently and quickly
• You have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
• You work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• You are strong in analytical tools, including the ability to use SQL or R to query large datasets
