ABOUT OUR TEAM & THE ROLE:

The Local Revenue Operations team is dedicated to increasing productivity across the vendor lifecycle, from acquisition and initial sales, through retention, expansion, and cash collection. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Revenue Operations Project Manager to help lead business process and system transformation efforts integral to the future success of TKWW’s sales, service, account management, and billing teams. Working closely with the Director of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Project Manager will play a key role in partnering with the Enterprise Systems team to design and execute on the 1-3 year operational systems roadmap, including the implementation of new CRM, CPQ, and billing processes & tooling.

We are open to this role being based out of our New York City, NY or Washington, DC office locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage, problem solve, and communicate across teams, including Operations, Sales, Service, Billing, Tech, Enterprise Systems, Accounting, Technical Program Management, Marketing, and Legal to drive successful initiatives
  • Document key sales and operations decisions & next steps; coordinate with Enterprise Systems teams to turn process needs into system requirements
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing throughout the Enterprise System roadmap
  • Work in in lockstep with the Director of Revenue Operations on disseminating roadmap decisions to the broader operations team, looping in team members at the right moments, and deputize operations management with the systems teams
  • Engage sales, billing, and operations management on participation in key process and systems decisions
  • Responsible for additional duties and projects when assigned by leadership
  • Ensure critical thinking and flawless execution of projects by considering impacts on all areas of the business
  • Represent the department in process and system initiatives
  • Understand the department’s processes and workflows to ensure projects are successful
  • Analyze processes and suggest improvements to better support our customers

SUCCESSFUL PROJECT MANAGER, REVENUE OPERATIONS CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • History of successfully implementing and managing initiatives
  • Excellent facilitation skills, strong follow through abilities and strong ownership of initiatives and issues
  • Ability to drive to resolutions
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability/experience
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Willingness and eagerness to be self led
  • Ability to prioritize, set deadlines, and meet aggressive goals
  • Ability to obtain, synthesize, and analyze data from disparate sources
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and advocating for your ideas and insights
  • Outstanding project management skills
