About the opportunity: As a Sales Operations Analyst, your work will involve driving the systems, data, and processes required to provide sales and business leadership with both the customer and sales information needed to make sound business decisions. You will be an integral partner to Content Square Sales teams supporting its business via Salesforce and other business tools for system adoption, as well as providing critical business reporting. You will also be part of a high-performing team and will be expected to take ownership of your area of responsibility working closely with the local senior leadership.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Finance and Legal regarding Order Form administration conflicts, approvals, customization, and amendments
- Be responsible for contract management and updates, such as date/price/product changes
- Provide expertise in end to end lead-closed deal tracking, especially managing reporting and management of SDR function
- Support Americas Sales and Support Teams to drive business and its follow up in the CRM Salesforce, from pipeline to closed deal and contract follow up.
- Support Sales Team for deal and quote creation in SF CRM
- Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
- Develop and manage initiatives leveraging Salesforce in support of sales operations customer support
- Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling
- Ensure CRM data integrity of business opportunities, accounts, contacts, and territories.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce 3rd party solution providers and products to improve Sales tools and liaise with Salesforce Administrators in charge.
- Support and secure bookings with Sales, Finance and Legal team.
- Act as a key liaison/partner between the Sales & Marketing teams, Customer Success and Finance departments
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant experience in a Sales Ops / Business Ops capacity building operational infrastructure and revenue efficiency for high-growth SaaS technology firms.
- Clear, concise and solution-focused communication
- Advanced analytical & Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets
- Deep experience with Salesforce architecture and secondary platform integrations and business tools - SF ADMIN certification is a +
- Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end-users
- Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing and sales processes
- Highly organized person, adept at prioritizing (time management, managing multiple projects) with proactive sense of urgency
- High level of personal drive, self-motivated and passionate. Possesses a natural curiosity to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills, experienced building strong cross-functional working relationships
