As one of the newest teams at AlphaSights, New Service Innovation is an impactful, dedicated function that focuses on addressing unmet client needs by building and scaling revenue-generating services. We’re a global team that works with stakeholders across all offices and segments to launch and scale new services. NSI is focused on driving innovation profitably and relies on firmwide collaboration for success.

The Role:

The Associate role on the Insights Projects team will be dedicated to supporting the project management of complex and large-scale research projects and driving commercial growth, particularly in EMEA. You’ll be expected to seize the opportunity to contribute to wider service development and workflow improvement initiatives. Through partnering with client service teams, managing project stakeholders, and identifying and tackling operational improvements, you will directly impact and contribute to the growth of this service across AlphaSights.

What you’ll do:

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial professional who is excited to join a growing business within AlphaSights and to tackle a wide set of commercial and operational challenges. Responsibilities include:

• Working with client-facing colleagues during proposals and while managing projects
• Helping with behind-the-scenes project organization and contributing to expert sourcing strategy
• Collecting feedback from the internal team and external clients and developing action plans
• Identifying operational bottlenecks in the project process and problem-solving
• Contributing to operational workstreams to develop roadmaps and change for service (i.e. product/engineering, client protection, marketing, etc.)

Who you are:

• 1+ years of experience in consulting, high growth companies, start-up operations or similar
• Resourceful self-starter who is comfortable tackling challenging problems
• Must possess excellent execution, operational, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, with close attention to detail and excellent project management skills
• Motivated by client wins and commercial success
• Adaptable and open-minded; able to pivot with frequent changes inherent in a high-growth service and capable of accepting and acting on feedback
