Why we need you

As our new Sr. Supply Chain Manager - Planning & Operational Excellence, you will join our passionate team of operations excellence enthusiasts. You will be really focused on creating great standards that allow us to level up our internal operations and will learn from a group of very talented people. You will drive different projects related to Last Mile, Warehousing and Infrastructure and will interact with different stakeholders from day 1. The Startup world will bring new exciting challenges everyday, including the opportunity to grow beyond ourselves!

What your mission will be

• You help to drive our Operations towards Operational Excellence
• You develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that we deploy in our nationwide network to boost our performance
• You apply state-of-the-art AI-tools for strategic decisions re/ Network and Tour Optimization
• You develop and monitor our performance KPIs, conduct cost controlling, etc. to monitor and improve our performance
• You identify & own strategic and tactical measures & projects and implement them both in our HQ as well as in our hubs

What you need to shine

• You are fluent in German and English
• You have a degree in Business, or Supply Chain/Logistics
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience and have worked as a Business Consultant and/or in a Supply Chain-related field
• You feel confident in managing external partners
• You are best friends with quantitative tools, e.g. GoogleSheets and/or Excel
• You have a special interest in the food domain and ideally already gathered some experience in that field
• You are a structured mind who is able to communicate, present and implement solutions in a clear and comprehensive way
• You like to think cross-functionally and business-oriented and engage in tasks and projects with multiple stakeholders
• You are results-driven and want to take ownership
