Practice Area Profile

What You'll Do

Strategic and Experience Designers

We are growing our Human-Centered Design (HCD) team in Thailand. We’re bringing Human Centered Design to the front line of business challenges and creating work that solves problems in novel, feasible, and desirable ways. We can’t do that without world-class Designers—designers who care about people and their needs, and can use that empathy to create beautiful, engaging products and services for them. Experience Designers

We are looking for experienced and versatile designers who have a strong track record in User Experience Design, User Experience Architecture, User Interface Design or Visual Design, and are interested in building leadership capabilities and deeper skills in a wide range of disciplines. These are hands-on roles that will also allow you to act as a coach, trainer and mentor within the team, the broader company and in multidisciplinary client teams.

Strategic Designers

Do you have a track record in Service Design and Ethnographic Research? We are looking for Strategic Designers to lead qualitative research investigations that help strategically frame, validate or challenge other forms of research and to work with cross-functional teams of experience designers, user researchers, UX/UI designers, developers, consultants, architects and clients to design new futures for our client products and services. What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in a design-related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years experience across a range of Human Centered Design activities such as user research, user experience design, service design, prototyping, visual design, user interface design, interaction design or policy implementation design
• Demonstrated deep experience in ethnographic research techniques and strategic/service design techniques
• Experience leading teams of designers embedded in multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working within both waterfall and Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Experience in analytical evaluation of existing user experience data and identification of areas for improvement
• Experience in translating user research and usability test findings into iterative product solutions
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams of product managers, developers, strategic, visual, and motion designers
• Organizational skill, self-motivation and resourcefulness
• Highly passionate about design, balanced with a pragmatic approach to dealing with clients
• The ability to think big whilst being detail oriented and delivery focused
• Outgoing, personable, sociable and easy-going
• Open to criticism from your team to benefit project development
• Always eager to learn and to share knowledge
• The ability to deal with pressure within a fast paced corporate environment
• An excellent communicator (verbally and written) with confidence and experience in public speaking
• Capable of inspiring colleagues and clients
• The ability to travel often and for extended periods
