Job Description

Equifax is seeking a Digital Marketing Website Manager who will be responsible for owning and optimizing web properties as part of the awareness funnel and growth strategy for Workforce Solutions. This position is an analytical role focusing on optimizing digital journeys with a results-oriented and mobile-friendly approach while leading multiple web projects to help connect the dots between marketing and technology. In addition, this integral role will help further build the organization's web presence and will help manage and execute the day-to-day front-end operation of select marketing websites, as well as analyze ongoing website performance.

The ideal candidate has experience working with national brands to optimize the digital experience while overseeing day-to-day website management.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and execute the day-to-day front-end operation of multiple marketing websites by working closely with key stakeholders to maintain site standards and address any real-time issues
  • Analyze ongoing website performance and troubleshooting technical issues related to customer experience, UX design, and content strategy with a data-driven mindset
  • Act as the technical manager for the content management system for multiple web properties
  • Use research, analytics, testing, and business knowledge to improve website pages, landing pages, and other digital marketing efforts
  • Formulate effective digital strategies, website functionality, and reporting to meet organizational strategic objectives and help create a seamless digital user experience across multiple touch points

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in digital project management, website management, digital marketing, or website optimization, ideally within a B2B SaaS ecommerce company
  • 5+ years of extensive experience measuring and evaluating key analytics to determine how to optimize on-page content, improve navigation to encourage conversion, foster information sharing, and create a seamless user experience for all site visitors
  • Deep familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, and website analytics tools like Contentsquare and the Google Suite (Analytics, Optimize, Search Console, Web Manager, and Tag Manager) and hands-on experience with content management systems
  • Familiarity with and practical execution of SEO best practices and brand consistency and hands-on experience with content management systems

Extra Points for any of the Following

  • Master’s Degree
  • Familiarity with Liferay, Drupal, or similar content management systems
