BCG Digital Ventures invents, builds, scales and invests in startups with the world's most influential companies. As a Venture Architect (m/f/x) you are involved in all stages of the BCG Digital Ventures business model, including innovation, product development, incubation and commercialization to build new ventures, products and services.

What you’ll do:

• Have a role within a high-performing, cross-functional team to develop the economic and business model for new ventures and products with a lean startup approach
• Focus on customer centricity to quickly come up with an MVP
• Build the operational structure of ventures
• Collaborate with the Corporate Partner, define and report success criteria (e.g. key performance, measurement and reporting frameworks)
• Execute go-to-market plans and scale new ventures

What we look for:

• 2+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or high-pressure start-up
• You have the ability to break down complex business problems logically and systematically
• You have the ability to effectively manage different stakeholders at BCGDV, BCG and Corporate Partner
• You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and cross-functional working environment and you like to work with ambiguity and uncertainty
• You have knowledge of the tech scene, digital trends and bleeding edge technologies
• Business level of English is required
• Business level of German is a plus
