The Role:

Our Customer Support Representatives are blazing a trail and redefining what customer support means by creating the best experience on the planet. As an expert in anything and everything Jaybird, you will be a liaison for the passionate members of our community by responding to inbound requests via phone, email, and chat.

• Function as the ideal teammate in all aspects of your work.

• Autonomously handle all points of contact with customers.
• Provide both pre and post sales support to customer inquiries.
• Autonomously investigate, decide, and process customer warranty replacement claims.

• Ensure that any and all feedback received is swiftly implemented.

Education:

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

This is not a remote position. Our office is located in the mountains of Park City, Utah. As you will be expected to commute to the office an average of 2 days a week, it is a requirement to reside within a radius from Park City that you are comfortable commuting, and can generally reach the office within an hour if you should need to. This also means that we may not always be able to get to our office in the winter months. We will provide you with all the equipment and training required to work from home whenever needed. All you will need is a quiet and distraction free space to be able to work.
