Position: Senior Product Manager - Partner Centre

Location: Fleet Place, London or Bristol

The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high profile team within the wider restaurant pillar, responsible for creating world class tools that empower restaurants to onboard and manage their account on our Just Eat platform.

In the competitive markets we operate it’s essential that the Senior Product Manager has an exciting vision about Partner Centre. Working alongside engineers, designers, BAs and data analysts, you will deliver business critical outcomes through user-centric product management, guiding your team to develop the right thing for all our restaurants - from McDonald’s through to your local takeaway.

As a key member of the Product discipline, Senior Product Managers share accountability for:

• Strategy and roadmap: Developing the strategy and roadmap for the Partner Centre team and defining quarterly goals that are inline with the overall product strategy
• Identifying product requirements: Working with business stakeholders to identify and analyse opportunities to improve our products and translating these into clear user stories for your team
• Identifying problem spaces: Building an understanding of the business and restaurant problems we should go after and working with stakeholders, research & UX to identify solutions to continually enhance the experience and solve restaurant problems
• Product backlog: Building out and prioritising the product backlog ensuring the team are working in the biggest problem/opportunity spaces
• Monitoring and measuring: Setting and measuring KPIs to measure overall health of the product and the performance of new features you have released. Using data to inform continual iterations and enhancements
• Communication and stakeholder management: Clearly communicating with your stakeholders throughout the product development process and managing expectations.
• Prioritisation: Make informed trade-off decisions, ensuring velocity and speed-to-market are optimised while balancing user needs and business priorities.

You’ll think globally in your approach, making improvements that take into account various International markets that we build for.

Required skills and experience

Your Profile & Experience

You are a highly collaborative, inclusive product manager with experience of:

• Working with cross functional product teams with the responsibility of the roadmap definition and delivery
• Delivering product features and outcomes which contribute to a wider product strategy
• Roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation and communicating this out to your team and stakeholders
• Communicating your big ideas clearly and succinctly to key stakeholders
• Working effectively in an agile environment to deliver product increments
• Measuring and monitoring product performance and using the data to inform your roadmap and backlog
• Running hypothesis based experiments to test your ideas and new features
