Our Customer Success team proactively develops customer relationships promoting loyalty, increased retention and revenue growth. By understanding our customers strategic priorities, we ensure they derive maximum value from our products and services. We ensure customers remain engaged and knowledgeable through community participation, relevant product feature updates and industry insights. This global team impacts Akamai's relevancy in the marketplace enabling successful customer business outcomes and ROI.

Partner with the best

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to our high-value customers. You'll collaborate internally and externally across stakeholders, addressing customer opportunities, value realisation and supporting their business needs. Your relationship intelligence, thought leadership and expertise will impact customer engagement, product adoption and net revenue retention.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a post sales point of contact for customer stakeholders, developing relationships and customer success.
  • Increasing solution adoption by partnering with customer stakeholders on product configuration optimization, enablement & relevant event participation.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally, identifying opportunities to interface additional products through understanding the customer technical and business needs.
  • Orchestrating Akamai & customer resources to supporting the achievement of the customers top priorities & business outcomes.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have relevant experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Pre-sales, Professional Services, IT consulting or Tech Support.
  • Have solid understanding of content delivery & cyber security basics and general knowledge of internet technologies.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Have proven ability for developing long-term, strategic relationships at all management levels.
  • Have exceptional listening, communication and presentation skills.
