What you are good at

The Organizational Program Manager manages Project Services essential operational and business programs and processes to monitor and enhance organizational effectiveness that drives superior project execution. In this role you will develop and manage key programs and processes, analyze current practices, develop business process improvements. and lead change to ensure adoption of new processes to achieve established goals and objects. This includes analyzing and implementing changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous organizational performance. To ensure success, you should have demonstrated capability in managing organizational programs, adept at business analysis and organizational process efficiency, and excellent communication and influencing skills. You will embody top leadership principles and a collaborative style in in your management duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the development and implementation of organizational processes and procedures to ensure that programs efficiently deliver key business objectives and outcomes. Programs would include project resourcing, hiring, talent development, human capital optimization, and business processes for key HR programs such as retention, performance management and total rewards
• Root cause analysis of organizational processes and procedures and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency in achieving results
• Primary lead for designing, implementing, and managing organizational improvement strategies
• Partner with organizational leaders to identify pain points, process gaps or opportunities to enhance and automate processes
• Partner with organizational leaders to facilitate process change definition, prioritization and approval
• Create and manage content of centralized library of process and program documentation for accessibility
• Recommend tools to support the enhancement and automation of existing processes
• Work with organizational development team and corporate stakeholders to manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed-upon time and quality parameters
• Ensure program and process deliverables comply with firm policy and corporate program requirements
• Training, mentoring and guiding team members in new processes
• Define and track project milestones while maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan

What you have

• 3-5 years project and program management experience with a focus on process optimization, operational efficiency and business management
• Direct experience mobilizing and motivating teams; set direction and approach; and manage conflict to reach shared outcomes
• Experience analyzing business programs and processes to efficiently deliver targeted outcomes; focus analytics to identify/understands drivers and root causes; and recommend solution-based approaches
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships and trust with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization effectively
• Business savvy and technical acumen
• Ability to communicate with clarity and precision both written and verbally; demonstrated success in targeting messages to audiences at all levels in the organization
• Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure
• Demonstrated applied experience establishing and delivering projects using standard project management tools
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Proven capability in leading and coaching colleagues not under your direct supervision

In addition, ideal candidates will also have the following desired qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Background experience in financial services industry
• Experience and confidence managing organizational change
• Background managing organizational effectiveness or talent programs
• Strategic and analytical mindset
• Excellent communicator with top notch presentation skills
• Dynamic thinking and problem solving
