Quantcast is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for our growing Talent Acquisition team. As the real-time pulse of the Internet, Quantcast uses machine learning to drive human learning. We’ve built one of the largest computing infrastructures, collecting a constant stream of data from over 100 billion events a day, across 100+ million directly measured destinations. Quantcast provides brand marketers and publishers with meaningful audience insights, predictive targeting, and measurement solutions across the customer journey. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner with our Engineering, Product, and IT organizations to hire top technical talent. You are passionate about providing the best possible candidate experience and advocating for Quantcast as you guide candidates through our hiring process!

Responsibilities:

• Source and hire candidates for Engineering, Product, and IT roles
• Develop a deep understanding of hiring manager positions/needs, and serve as a trusted advisor for their recruitment strategy, while maintaining a highly diverse and talented pipeline
• Be your candidates' advocate throughout the hiring process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and close
• Identify and facilitate effective outreach strategies
• Collaborate with internal Business Partners and Business Leaders to determine hiring prioritization, provide regular meaningful progress updates, and proactively identify issues with potential solutions
• Drive process improvement within Recruiting
• Support and participate in Recruiting projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 7+ years recruiting experience - technology-focused companies highly preferred
• A track record of hiring best-in-class, hard to find, technical candidates
• Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates
• You thrive at building collaborative relationships
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and can influence at all levels
• A passion for embracing diversity in your hiring process
• Proficient with modern recruiting technologies
• Bachelor’s or higher degree (We recognize that knowledge and skills equivalent to those earned in a degree program can also be achieved via nontraditional paths, and welcomes applicants with nontraditional training.)

The model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration three days a week.
