Responsibilities:

The Program Associate/Manager, PET Technical Support, will provide support and program management to support Lilly’s marketed radiopharmaceutical products including AMYVID® and TAUVIDTM. This individual will collaborate closely with the Associate Director, Clinical Imaging Scientists and the Director PET Imaging Operations to ensure that team members have the appropriate tools and expertise to best support medical imaging customers in the US and globally.

  • Develop innovative web-based tools for delivery of approved medical and technical customer education
  • Manage logistics and customer-facing communication for centralized technical support
  • Manage planning and logistics for onsite and remote staff training
  • Coordinate interviewing and onboarding of team members
  • Submit, edit, and route customer-facing medical/technical materials through the Lilly approval system (Veeva MedComms)
  • Develop and maintain standard templates for slides, documents, and other internal and external materials
  • Coordinate and tabulate reports and metrics for leadership reporting
  • Assist the Director PET Imaging Operations in executing business objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience

Additional Skills/Preferences:

  • Proficient in business skills, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills, in balance with the ability to work and drive projects independently
  • Excellent communication, listening, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities through effective time management skills
  • Demonstrated learning agility
  • Demonstrated experience with organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects in the pharma environment
  • Experience with managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget

Additional Information:

  • This is a remote position. Applicants for this position can live anywhere in the continental US, and will report up through Avid, based in Philadelphia.
  • Overnight travel and attendance at occasional evening/weekend programs will be required and is estimated at 10%
  • Lilly currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from between $58,000 to $113,500 and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate’s qualifications for the role, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).Of course, the compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described above.
