Job Summary:

This position is for an established professional in Customer Data Management who maintains and develops databases, captures customer's problems, compiles and analyzes data and conducts statistical analysis in support of business development or product management. Knowledge of SAP and obsolescence is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manages data in databases to maintain up-to-date records and generate various reports and statistics.
• Compiles and uses data to run analysis
• Develops databases containing data on customer problems and corrective procedures that are used as a resource for customer problem resolution.
• Uses computer software programs to accurately compile data and calculate basic customer statistics.
• Conducts analysis on obsolescence data to support execution and growth objectives.
• Generates reports and statements regarding contract requirements.
• Tracks and monitors data related to contract requirements.
• Performs data analytics in support of product management.
• Notifies other customer service representatives along with members of other divisions of data trends for improvement of quality.
• Minimizes risk by maintaining data and reports.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR
• In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
• Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
• Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• US Citizenship is required.

• SAP experience
• Ability to focus on a task, work efficiently
• Can work on their own on specific tasks, but also as part of the larger team
• Critical thinking: ability to identify key information from data mining
• Willing to try, fail, and learn
• Confidence to speak up, ask questions, make suggestions
