Lead Web Content Developer, Mid
Key Role:
Develop and manage content for an existing Army web portal based on client and customer input using a client provided content management system. Utilize the content management system to customize page templates, web pages, metadata, media libraries, search indexes, web parts, widgets, forms, and other configuration and display items to meet customer requirements. Upload and manage content on the designated server utilizing the content management system and adhere to the published process guide. Conduct annual reviews of content on the web portal and provide recommended actions to the client, conduct coordination to configure search engine optimization and indexing. Compile and present web analytics reports using the content management system, support content management system upgrades as well as update the website setup and maintenance instruction guide. Lead and develop a small team of content developers. Interface and coordinate with the client and external customers to coordinate content requirements and changes.
