  • 10 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience with the Healthcare Vertical
  • Experience with people management

  • Ability to translate and articulate business problems into easily understood solutions and functional requirements

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Lead Product Manager for Fitbit Health Solutions, you will envision and grow product strategy, analyzing and understanding trends in the industry, and build the product roadmap and vision to exponentially grow the business. In this role, you will be a leader in product management who brings a healthcare business strategy lens to product management. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, growing, and managing a product suite to unlock market access/partner with the healthcare ecosystem. You will oversee the development of a multi-year strategic product roadmap that combines the best of Fitbit's consumer hardware and software products and its population health platforms. You will provide leadership, process improvement expertise, exemplary teamwork, and business skills.

Fitbit’s diverse line of innovative products of smartwatches, trackers and smart scale help people lead healthier, more active lives by empowering them with data, inspiration and guidance to reach their health and fitness goals. Our products deliver personalized experiences, insights and guidance through leading software and interactive tools to support our users’ health and wellness. Partnering with Google will expand our resources and global platform, and we will be able to accelerate innovation in the wearables category to scale faster, and make health even more accessible to everyone.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the product roadmap for how Fitbit Health Solutions best works with its partners to grow population health.
  • Assess customer needs and market trends to synthesize product requirements; work with engineering and design to ensure that functionality is delivered on time and of quality.
  • Advocate for the product roadmap and strategic priorities to executives, partners and prospects, customers, and sales and account management leadership.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering team members to define product solutions and bring them to reality.
  • Work with product marketing, sales, and account management teams to help ensure that the product offerings meet business goals.
