We need you!

For our young and passionate team, we are looking for a (Junior) Data Analyst Logistics. In this role you will be part of the Logistics Analytics team. You will focus on taking our data infrastructure to a higher level for all parts of the logistics domain. For example building a data pipeline for vehicle tracking data or performing statistical deep dives into the impact of delivery window setups.

You’ll be working on:

• Designing, creating and managing ETL pipelines;
• Taking ownership of all logistics related data flows and consolidate them in a single data warehouse;
• Enabling business with useful, easy to query data;
• Interpret logistics data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports on our business KPIs;
• All in collaboration with our Business Development team, based in Amsterdam, and our Global Tech team, based in Berlin.

Are you our perfect new colleague?

• You have a University degree (such as Informatics, Information Sciences, Data Sciences or Technical Business Administration);
• Relevant work experience (0 – 2 years) from your studies or an internship;
• Experienced in Python (you are able to extract, process and load data);
• Experienced in SQL (you are able to load a table from our data warehouse);
• Able to work independently as well as in a team;
• Able to translate business questions to data solutions;
• Able to provide both solicited and unsolicited advice to stakeholders;
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

You have a keen interest in learning more about the following subjects:

• Working with job orchestration tools like Airflow;
• Working with Amazon AWS;
• Working with Tableau;
• Google apps script;
