The Cyber Security Innovation (CSI) team is looking for a back end developer on the Cyber Security Correlation and Automation (CSCA) tool. CSCA is a 2+petabyte cluster of various sets of data utilized buy various teams. We're looking to expand use of CSCA and need a seasoned developer to help build out our robust custom built ETL pipeline in order to corellate, enrich new data sources as well as built out custom analytics.
The selected candidate will be a seasoned developer who will work directly with a partner team, to pull their data into our application. The ideal candidate will have great 'customer' facing skills, be able to drive towards optimized and efficent solutions without sacrificing requirements. This candidate will be part of a small team who will work parallel to the broader CSCA team, but hyper focused on a core set of usecases.
Regarded across the enterprise as an expert in multiple identified areas of expertise with responsibility for developing standards and enterprise-wide best practices and for engineering complex, largescale technology solutions to address highly complex and cross-organizational issues. Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices.. Maintains broad knowledge of other technology engineering disciplines and collaborating with other key experts to ensure we are making the right technology choices for Wells Fargo. Translates advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions. Expert resource for architects in the development of target architectures to ensure that they can be properly designed and implemented through sound engineering practices. Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization. Provides expert counsel to senior technology leadership and advises and mentors others with the goal of knowledge transfer. Will represent Wells Fargo to external industry groups, influencing industry standards. The selected candidate will be a member of the CSCA development team. The primary role will focus on back end development. The selected candidate should be comfortable in an agile scrum working environment, comfortable working as part of a small team on independent tasks, and working on a highly visible custom built application.
The candidate will work as the senior member of a 2-person team, and will have the skill set to stand in cross team meetings as the technical expert. The candidate will be a Sr. level individual contributor to the larger team, and will be expected to be able to represent the CSCA and CSI team in absence of management and other leaders upon request.
Salary range is determined by location of the job.
