THE POSITION

The PokerStars Poker CRM Analytics Manager is responsible for poker CRM analytics for PokerStars in our US Markets with focus on poker ecosystem and loyalty program.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

• Analysis of poker and loyalty promotions
• Extraction and processing of large volumes of data from our Data warehouse in order to establish actionable insights/models and deliver recommendations to other parts of the business.
• Application of data to areas such as campaign analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modelling.
• Application of statistical techniques to interpret data using tools such as Python and R (training is provided).
• Application of machine learning and statistical models to build predictive models (Churn, Cross/Up Sell, Recommendation Engines).

THE STATS

• What we’re looking for in our next teammate
• Knowledge of the online poker industry
• Degree in the quantitative areas (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science)
• Practical experience with statistical tools (SPSS, SAS, R, KNIME, other)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Proficiency in extracting and manipulating large datasets using SQL
• Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of deadlines
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally
• Ability to see the "big picture", evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritize among many requests
• Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
• Knowledge of the online poker/ casino/ sportsbook industries
• Commercial experience of data visualization/reporting tools (MicroStrategy, other)
