Market Job Description

Loan Servicing Specialist 4 is responsible for ordering loan disbursements and payoffs. Functions include: assisting in monitoring loan draw requests; processing loan disbursements, payoffs and demands; completing disbursement audits; providing rate quotes; preparing loan reconciliations; researching and compiling data for management reports; performing modifications and renewals. Within the commercial business is responsible for complex payment processing, ground rents, cash managed loans, and complex tax transactions. May provide work direction and training to other loan servicing team members.
Other Tasks includes but not limited to:

• Serves as Work Director/ Team lead of the team
• Manages daily pipeline - volume management, OOS volume, handles loan and agency level assignment
• Provides guidance to less experience team members with interpreting and understanding complex issues/ scenarios/concerns and policies.
• Responsible for supporting management in the day-to-day supervision of a Production Support team.
• Handles training on policies and procedures, new or enhanced services and/or procedural changes
• Providing work direction to team members; reviewing work and providing coaching and mentoring on performance
• Evaluating processes/ procedures to ensure business standards are followed and meet company and government guidelines;
• Acting as a back-up to manager; participating in special projects as assigned.

Market Skills and Certifications

• Completed at least 2nd year in college
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a supervisor, coaching / managing a team.
• Loan administration experience is an advantage. Experience in home mortgage is preferred.
• Good team management skills, problem solving skills, time management skills.
• Must be able to adapt to assignments quickly. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Ability to manage time and meet or exceed all deadlines.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word; Microsoft Access is preferred
• Experience with MSP, Imaging and Content Management Platform (ICMP) and other mortgage related applications is preferred.
• Previous Risk and/or Analytical experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills
• Amenable to work on the night shift, shifting schedules, and holidays.
• Amenable to work in Mckinley Hill, Taguig City
