As a Senior Marketing Manager for Confirmation, which is part of Thomson Reuters, you will join Confirmation ’s Sydney-based team to drive market awareness and revenue growth across APAC. If you are a creative, organized, entrepreneurial, senior-level marketing manager who thrives in a “full stack” marketing capacity, then we want to talk to you!

This role reports to Confirmation ’s Marketing Director (based in the U.S.) and leads marketing efforts for the Confirmation business within the APAC region. In this role, you’ll work closely with APAC sales teams, corporate marketing and product teams, and Thomson Reuters regional teams to develop and deploy marketing strategies, campaigns, programs, and events. This is a unique “thinking” and “doing” role that will give a creative, energetic, proactive marketer a wide range of responsibility and opportunity to impact a fast-growing and dynamic business.

  • Drive brand awareness and product adoption strategies to achieve country-spec ific revenue goals and account expansion objectives.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing programmes and campaigns across multiple geographies. Identify and scale what works for repeatable success .
  • Provide ideas for new strategies and new ways of engaging current and potential customers and apply a data-driven , ‘test and learn’ mindset to your work.
  • Identify and meet the needs of various APAC markets at different stages of maturity: emerging, growth, and established.
  • P rovide regional insights into content development n eeds, and work with the team to deploy content marketing initiatives for your region.
  • Work with other marketing colleagues, product, and sales teams to provide market intelligence and inform decision making.
  • Proactively collaborate with marketing, business intelligence, customer s upport , sales, and finance teams on campaign and event implementation.
  • Work with our regional partner organisations to engage key audiences.
  • Work with the marketing team and our translation/localisation vendor to ensure that language and content needs of the region are met.

Requirements

  • A minimum 5 -7 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role. Additional points for SaaS experience .
  • Demonstrable success in developing and d eploying marketing campaigns, programmes , and events .
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, and an a bility to work cross-functionally with many stakeholders .
  • Ability to work independently, and c ommunicate effectively with your manager (located in the U.S.) and the rest of the global marketing team .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. A keen ability to articulate and present your ideas and decisions.
  • A proactive, “get it done” mindset, always looking for solutions and not shy about pursuing them.
  • Positive attitude, team-orient at ed, flexible, and analytical . Attention to detail is a must.
  • Experience with key marketing platforms including Salesforce and marketing automation tools . Ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Bonus points for having worked in an A gile / S crum environment.
  • Fluency in a regional language (other than English) is a plus: Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.
  • Ability to travel several times per year to the company’s HQ in Nashville, Tennessee.
  • B achelor’s degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) in b usiness , marketing, or related course of study.
